This evening, Squad 12 participated with companies 30, 31, 17, 19, 20, 37, 28, and 27 for a training event at the East Gate Plaza. The strip mall is being demolished and was acquired by Hampden Fire for training purposes. Crews were able to practice forcible entry, hose deployment, S&R, and vertical ventilation. LAFD would like to thank Hampden Fire for allowing us to participate in this great training event.
