This evening, company 12 was dispatched to Meridian Way for an AFA. Meridian Way is part of a new development of town homes and condominiums in the township. While en route, County advised of a water flow alarm. County also advised that a second call stated that water is coming through the ceiling. Company 12 arrived on scene to find severe flooding conditions in multiple apartments. It was found that a sprinkler pipe froze and broke in the attic. The water was secured to the system. Additional units were requested to the scene to assist with the clean up. In all, 3 apartments had severe damage, 2 had moderate, and 3 had minor. We would like to thank companies 14, 27, and 28 who came to assist.
