Around 2 am on the 26th, Lower Allen was dispatched to a dumpster fire reported 20 feet from a home. Engine 312 arrived and extinguished the fire. Engine 1-12 later arrived on scene to provide CAFS, a track-hoe was provided to assist with overhaul.
