Two fires in one day

Early this morning Squad company 12 was requested to Hampden Township for a house fire on Erbs bridge road. Squad 12 assisted with overhaul operations. Companies on scene, 30,12,37,31,28, and York Engine 69 for RIT. A few hours after returning from the house fire in Hampden township companies 12,22,14,24,and 23 were dispatched for an unknown type fire at Warell candy company. Engine 3-12 and 2-12 arrived on the scene with smoke showing. Upon futher investigation they found that a peanut roasted had caught fire. Engine 3-12 pulled a 2 1/2” leader line to saturate the hopper of peanuts.
